1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Casino Lemay harmless from:

• Any third-party claims arising out of your use of the Services in breach of this Agreement.
• Your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or policies.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed according to the laws of Canada. The parties agree that the courts located within Quebec, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of this Agreement.

12. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

We may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted will be deemed your acceptance of those modifications.

13. CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION

Casino Lemay reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate:

• Any account for breach of this Agreement;
• The provision of our services due to technical problems, maintenance, upgrades, or other unforeseen circumstances.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Casino Lemay.

15. NO WAIVER

Our failure to exercise any right under these Terms will not operate as a waiver of that right in the future.
